We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a dynamic schedule, handling confidential information, and facilitating effective communication across various departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, briefing materials, and minutes.
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEOs/COOs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Liaise with external partners, clients, and stakeholders as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Support the Executive Director in personal tasks and errands as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational or conglomerate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Burmese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
