We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a dynamic schedule, handling confidential information, and facilitating effective communication across various departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Executive Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize meeting agendas, briefing materials, and minutes.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEOs/COOs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Liaise with external partners, clients, and stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Support the Executive Director in personal tasks and errands as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational or conglomerate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Burmese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
